He was predeceased by: his parents, David Eicher and Helen Eicher (Pommer); his sister Marlene Mundt; and his in-laws, Bob Lorentz, Gayle Eicher, Marion Walker (Jim) and Cathy Sangster.
He is survived by: his close friend Betty Jean Pike (Sangster); his children, Paul Pike (Michele) and Sheila Brooks (Richard); his grandchildren, Brandon (Missy), Nathan, Rebecca (Mike), Talara (Stacey), Austin (Jacki), Dahlin, Colton and Kian (Richard); his great grandchildren, Payton, Maverick, Tyzon and Kinleigh; his siblings, Shirley Lorentz, Walter Eicher (Dianne), Jack Eicher, Bob Eicher, Don Eicher (Judy) and Bill Eicher (Eleanor); and his brother-in-law Jim Mundt.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7). Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth through the funeral home.
