He is survived by: his daughters, Susan (Steve Lindsay), Donna (Bill Brown) and Beth (John Macintyre); his grandchildren, Sarah (John), Donald (Jessica), David (Christa), Laura and Peter; and his great grandchildren, Henry and Caroline. He is also survived by nephews and numerous friends.
