He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Nicole Wagler; his parents, Norman Harvey and Ellen Harvey; and his siblings, Jack and Reta Scholl (Alfred).

He is survived by: his wife Marian Harvey (Posliff); his daughters, Janice (Bob) and Wanda (David); his grandsons, Sam and Mason Wagler; his great grandchild Nicole Wagler; and his brother-in-law Elgin Posliff (Heather). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
