He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lightfoot and Helen Lightfoot; his daughter Julie McMillan; his in-laws, Cameron, Irene and Alec Bryan; his siblings, Beryl, Ken, Brian and Betty; and his stepgrandson Aaron Sloane.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Sally Hengeveld (Harry), Robert Lightfoot (Laura), Jeffrey Lightfoot (Suzanne), Lisa Davies (Trevor) and Heather Herman (Stephen); his grandsons, Daniel and Matthew Hengeveld; his children, Amy, Jasmine, Grant, Joseph Lightfoot, Samantha, Nicholas Lightfoot, Rhys and Grace Herman; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary and Rachel Sloane; his son-in-law Roy McMillan (Judy); his sisters-in-law, Irene Kistner and Margaret Bryan; and his close friend Chartered Accountants. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren.
