He is survived by: his mother Brenda; his significant other Jolene Leuszler; his former wife Marija Bossence (Tom Jesso); his siblings, Marc, Matt (Ceairy), Tara (Mark), Mark White (Lori) and Amy (Sean); his nieces and nephews, Casey, Summer, Stephen, Brayden, McKenna, Ryan and Penelope; his uncle Bruce; and his aunts, Joan, Janice and Susan.
