He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Jackson and Leta Jackson (Wright); and his siblings, Danny Jackson and Doreen Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Francis; his children, Terry and Suzanne (Peter); his granddaughter Jayme; his brother Dennis Jackson (Jean); his parents-in-law, Brenda Jackson, David and Jane Hynd; and his close friend Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Paul was well-known and highly respected for his expertise and many contributions to community development.
