He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen and Phillip. He is survived by: his children, David Carey of Stratford, Lisa Campbell of Seaforth and Robert Carey of New Hamburg; his brother Bill Carey; his grandchildren, Nicole, Matthew, Scott, Bryce, Evan, Cameron and Ryan; and his great grandchild Olivia (Florenta Tancau) of Brampton.

The family will continue to celebrate Paul's life at the Stratford Country Club Monday from 1pm to 3 p.m. Charitable donations in Paul's memory can be made to: The Leukemia Lymphoma Society of Canada, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
