He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Elliott and Mary Elliott; and his brother-in-law Doug Wareing. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Elliott; his stepchildren, Gary Flewitt (Mary) and Carrie Bailey; his grandsons, Jon Flewitt and Cody Bailey (Grace); his great grandchildren, Nash, Ronnie and Reid; his siblings, Anne Elliott (Walter), Paul Elliott (Judy), Gene Elliott (Darlene), Dennis Elliott (Darlene), Fran Elliott (David), Mary Wareing and Jack Elliott (Joanne); his siblings-in-law, Carole Everett, Bob Taylor (Jacqueline), Betty Gavin, Don Taylor (Lori) and Mary Taylor; and his furry buddies, Boots and Lonesome. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
