He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edgar and Alice Bernadette Mahaffy (Charron); his wife Fay Mahaffy (Small); his children, Linda Martin, David Mahaffy (Michele), Nadine Ford and Darrell Mahaffy (Tina); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Amelia), Andrew (Hyunyung), Taylor (Mitchell), Mei, Matthew (Dorothy), Hannah (Adam), Gordon (Kayla), Jeremy, Merinda and Darla Fay; his great grandchildren, Noah, Madelyn and Violet; his mother-in-law Russell (Maureen Small); his son-in-law Allan Ford; his brothers, Donald and Bryand; and his brothers-in-law, Russell Cooper, Gordon Elwood Small (Ellen) and Glenn Small.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Cooper; and his sister-in-law Terry Small.
