He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Gornyiczki and Mike Gornyiczki; and his siblings, Helen Majer (Joe), Julia Papai (Jim), Les Gornyiczki (Mary) and Mary Heywood (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
