He was predeceased by: his mother Gwendolyn Resnick; his stepfather Lew Resnick; and his father William Dewan. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Dewan (Dickie); his children, Mark of Stratford, Lori Evans (Nigel) of London, Steven (Karie) of Oakland, California, Jennifer (Jean-Paul) of Richmond Hill and Spotty; his grandchildren, Lauren, Jack, Abby Evans, Nathan Dewan, Alex Dewan, Kyla Morson and Nolan Morson; his siblings, Denise Resnick (Kirk), Terry Dewan (Deborah) and Sharon Dewan; and his siblings-in-law, Ted Dickie (Carolyn) and Tom Dickie.
