Maxine Kernick Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Kernick in Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on January 16, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Maxine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Maxine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur Kernick; and her parents, Theodore Stephens and Irene Stephens. She is survived by: her daughter Marlene Dinsmore (Scott); her granddaughter Julia; and her sister-in-law Constance Kernick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
