It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Wilhelmina Scheerer (Stratford, Ontario), who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ken; her sister Thelma Barnhardt; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Barnhardt, Bryan Gingerich and Ray Stock.
She is survived by: her siblings, Allan Zinn and Audrey Freeman (Ron Freeman); her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Stock and Lorainne Gingerich; her children, Debra (John Gill), Douglas (Dennise Scheerer), Dale (Patti Scheerer), David (Julie Scheerer) and Dan (Janice Scheerer); and her grandchildren, Tara (Tommy Giurukis), Melissa (Shawn Hinds), Josh Scheerer, Adam (Carolina Scheerer), Amy (Andrew McLaughlin), Nikki Scheerer, Jonathan Gill (Danielle Benoit), Luke (Lesley Scheerer), Andrew (Jessica Gill), Nick Scheerer, Megan Scheerer and Victoria Scheerer. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
