He is survived by: his wife Debbie Smith; his children, Sammie Akins (Mike), Katie Smith (Adam), Jamie Smith, Chris Smith and Mathew Smith; and his grandchildren, Shaelynn, Alexis, Avery, Penelope, Broly, Beau, Ashtin and Lincoln. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
