He is survived by: his parents, Murray Phillips and Delores Phillips Sr. (Bright) of Stratford; his siblings, Murray (Monica) and Karen Scott (Len); his wife Brandi Borman; his uncles, Dempsey and Mark; his aunt Sharon Smith Sr. (Bright); the mothers of children, Eleanor Phillips (Brouwers) and Brouwers; and also, Jim, Jackie Borman, Tash, Matt Vernhout, Dave and Diane Borman.
