She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Wald and Auguste Wald; her husband Hans Wesche; and her brother Guenther Wald of Burlington. She is survived by: her children, Richard Wesche (Mary), Tom Wesche (Tammy) and Evelyn Gilkinson; and her grandchildren, Kate, Eric, Tyler, Nicola (Nate) and Amanda.

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Spruce Lodge Foundation through the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford Ontario.
