She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Morden Carter and Norma Wemyss Carter; her brother Terry Carter (late Louise); and her son Matthew Rose. She is survived by: her husband David Rose; her daughter Alexandra Dagger (late Derek); her grandsons, Paul (Leah) and Jackson (Sarah); and her in-laws, Elizabeth Vizer, Sally Buchan and Rick Rose.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James' Anglican Church (41 Mornington St, Stratford, ON N5A5E7).
