He was predeceased by: his parents, Brian Schuitema and Willy Schuitema; his siblings, Peter Schuitema (Ramona) and Mieke; his brother-in-law Rodney Gutz; and his niece Daphne.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hoy of Stratford; his children, Christopher Schuitema, Jeremy Schuitema (Tara) and Tara Hainer; his stepchildren, Robbie Cleveland (Lesley), Ryan Cleveland (Meredith) and Justin Cleveland (Corinne); his sister Bonnie Gutz; his mother-in-law Dolores Hoy; his sister-in-law Kelly Kyle (Tommy); his friend Gord Chapman (Jeanette); his grandchildren, Tinisha, Brooke, Cole, Erika, Travis, Rae-Anne, Aly and Coby; and his little buddy Lucas. He is also survived by his 4 great grand children.
