He is survived by: his significant other Tina; his children, Hans (Rita VanDyke), Joanne (Lloyd Poelman), Tony Vandyke (Elizabeth Thompson) and Rob (Tanya VanDyke); and his siblings, Chris VanDyke, Jack VanDyke and Carrie VanDyke.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clinton Christian Reformed Church (243 Princess St E, Grand Bend, ON N0M1L0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
