She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Eckert; her parents, Mel McVittie and Marg McVittie; her brother Ernie McVittie; and her brother-in-law Peter Eckert.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Eckert and Brian Eckert (Jenn); and her grandchildren, Tiernan, Rowan and Breccan. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
