James Richard Gallant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Gallant of Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Gallant (Clow) and Joseph Gallant; and his brothers, Vincent Gallant and Ronnie Gallant. He is survived by: his siblings, Ernie Gallant (Lynne), Joanne (Wayne Trainer), Angie (Jacques Pelletier) and Denise Gallant; his daughter Amy Gallant (Basil McLean); and his grandson Gauge Turner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
