He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey; his parents, Hendrik Molenhuis and Aaltje Molenhuis; and his siblings, Emgert (Bert), Eiko, Hilbrandt and Alida.
He is survived by: his sister Diny; his sons, Henri (Susan), Richard and Dave; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Julie, Jeff, Allan, Graham, Katie, Meagan, Felisha, Mikel, Raina and Daniel. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
