He was predeceased by: his parents, Campbell Smith and Mabel Smith (Young); and his brothers, Carl (June), Larry (Donna) and Terry Smith (Cathy).
He is survived by: his close friend Dianne Huras; his sons, Scott and Tad Smith (Anne Stueck); his grandchildren, Maddy, Ryder and Fletcher; his cousin Gloria (Cal); and his sisters-in-law, Cathy and June. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
