She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Prietzel and Elisabeth Prietzel; her siblings, Käte and Karl (Ludwig George Scholz); her pet Ralff; and her spouse Ludwig Scholz.
She is survived by: her son Harald Scholz (Barbara); her granddaughter Beth Mitchell (Ed); and her great grandchildren, Caitlin Zoeller (Bradley), Amanda Galbraith (Scott) and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Birds Canada, or a nature conservatory of your choice would be welcomed and can be made through the funeral home.
