She is survived by: her brother John Chambers of Oxford, UK; her children, Of Susan (Dave Fletcher), Alec (Janet Kendrick), Ian (Naomi) and Jennifer (Ken Dubblestyne); and her grandchildren, Rozlyn (Rosario), Adelle (Jeff), Renn and Kei.
