He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Chaput; his parents, Elida Chaput and Mathias Chaput; and his siblings, Rheal, Aurel and Lucille.
He is survived by: his children, Pauline Waugh, Suzanne Chaput-Bickell (Geoff), Michelle Czap (Louise) and Steven (Beth); his grandchildren, Katie (Brad), Cody (Jaden), Josh (Bridget), Natalie (Jeremy), Jacob (Rebecca), Willie, Maddyx and Hudsyn; and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Henley, Charlotte and Elora.
