He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rowe and Susan Rowe (Clutton); his wife Enid Marian Rowe (Lakeman); his daughter Peggy Rowe; his siblings, Muriel (Sam), Isabel (Fred) and Ken (Carol); and his brothers-in-law, Fred and Alan Lakeman (Sheila).
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Rowe and Janet Elliott (Scott); and his granddaughter Lily Elliott. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
