With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Djuro Poljakovic (Stratford, Ontario), who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luka Poljakovic and Jelena Poljakovic (Andlar); and his father-in-law Frank (Maria Skiva). He is survived by: his wife Maria Poljakovic (Skiva); his daughter Sandra DeGroot (Jerry); his grandchild Blake DeGroot; and his cousins, Bernadette Castillo (late Pete) and Veronica Brehm.
