He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Morphy and Velma Morphy (Scott); and his brother Joey Morphy. He is survived by: his child Dallas Morphy (Lisa); his grandchildren, Colby and Isla; his sisters, Marie Blackwell (Brian Wretham) and Debbie (Dave); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joe Blackwell, Jackee Wall (Kurt), Jesse Duval (Katie), Sammi Smith Chelsea (Jesse), Brinlee and Madden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
