He is survived by: his close friend Margaret (Grainger); his children, Steven Simons (Toni Johnston), Edward Simons, Sandra Massel (Tony), Lori Gadbois (Michael) and Alan Simons; his grandchildren, Michelle (Shane), Sarah (Patrick), Angela (Shane), Pat, Stevie-Leigh (Mackenzie), Jesse (Candy), Brendan (Michelle), Gabbi, David, Trenton, Christian and William; his great grandchildren, Sam, Hannah, Lauren and Alyssa; his brothers, David Simons and Robert Simons; and his siblings-in-law, Margurite Jantzi, Darlene Dale (Michael) and Gordon Clark (Mildred). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made Parkview United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society through the funeral home.
