It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Haggarty of Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bell and Darlene Bell. She is survived by: her husband Bill Haggarty; her daughters, Angela and Nicole; her grandchild Tristen (April); her great grandchild Jackie; her siblings, Rob Bell (Gayle), Barrie Bell and Brian Bell (Michelle); and her siblings-in-law, Gerry Haggarty (Cathy), Wayne Haggarty (Christine), Joanne Morawski (Chris) and Maureen Mitchell (Brent). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
