She was predeceased by: her parents, Orrie Thompson and Dulcie Thompson (Armstrong); her husband Mike; her brother Ray Thompson; and her brother-in-law Ron White.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Hughes, Tammy Brownlee (Scott), Mike Priestap and Matt Priestap (Justine); her grandchildren, Cooper, Ryan (Sarah) and Brett; and her sister Marie White. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the W. G. Young Funeral Home (430 Huron St, Stratford, ON N5A5T7).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or the Stratford Perth Humane Society.
