He was predeceased by: his father Tom Smith; his grandfathers, Jack Parker and Bill; and his aunt Beth Parker. He is survived by: his mother Judy Smith (Parker) of Stratford; his brother Michael Smith; his grandmothers, Gwen Parker and Maude Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Susan Roe (Bill), Heather Reynolds (Paul), Sharon Cardinal (Dave), John Parker, Bryan Parker (Leanne), Doug Smith (Betty Jo), Liz Smith (late Jim Smith), Marilyn Jackson (Ken) and Susan Mavity (Bob). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
