She was predeceased by: her husband John McKay Thomson; her parents, Ronald Lupton and Annie Lupton (Gibb); her parents-in-law, James and Gretta Thomson (McKay); her siblings, Fraser Lupton, Edith Forrest and Agnes Quast; her brothers-in-law, Hugh Forrest, Art Quast, Robert Chafee (Bob) and Ken Wilhelm; and her niece Nancy Pate (Wilhelm).
She is survived by: her siblings, Beatrice Chafee (Bea), Jessie Hahn (Sheldon), Phyllis Wilhelm (Jim McKay), Bonnie Lupton, Ron Lupton (Sandy) and Jim; and her sister-in-law Elaine Thomson.
