With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alphonse Verellen of Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on September 26, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephus Verellen and Maria Verellen (Michiels); and his siblings, Rose Huitema, Joe, Frank and Renalda Boersen.
He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Rooney; his children, Wayne (Candice), Jeff, Tom (Jodi), Bradley (Sandy), Sharon Selvey (Paul), Michael (Jenn) and Pete (Shannon); and his siblings, Madeleine Visser (Harry), Louie (Karen), John, Mary Gula (Khokon), Andre (Theresa), Josie and Bill (Sheryl). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
