With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alexander McDonald (Stratford, Ontario), who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Ben; his parents, Alex McDonald and Jean McDonald; and his brother Laird (late Elizabeth). He is survived by: his wife Diana; his daughter Susan Hunter; his sisters, Philicia Arthur (late Don) and Jeanne Harrington (Roy); his brothers-in-law, Jim Cairns (late Shirley), Bill Cairns and Dave Cairns (Dianne Ritz); his grandchildren, Gemma McDonald, Savannah Bannon (Andy Lemay) and Sidony Bannon (Steve Bushey); his great grandchildren, Avery, Theo, Oliver Lemay and Lachlan Bushey; and his nieces and nephews, Nancy, Steve, Matt, Trish Cairns, Anthony, Theresa, Jerome, Joanne McDonald and Michael Arthur.
