He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Van Gulck and Germaine Van Gulck (Van Goethem); and his brothers, Edward Van Gulck and Theophil. He is survived by: his daughter Terry-Ann (Troy Chute) of Langton; his granddaughter Charissa (Paul Stefan); his great grandchild Quinn Stefan; and his granddaughter Kristen Chute (Mat Stangen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations are payable by cheque to the "Lion's Club International Foundation" or to the "Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital Foundation" or the "Canadian Cancer Society (Research)" through the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes, Tillsonburg, which has been entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
