He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Palmer and Fern Palmer (Neville); and his grandparents, Lady Lillian and Cecil Neville. He is survived by: his children, Christine Palmer (Craig) of Orillia and Kelly Vanquaethem (Brian) of Tillsonburg; his grandchildren, Devon (Tasha), Curtis (Sherry), Zoe (Matt), Joseph (Sam) and Nicole (Brendan); his great grandchildren, Sienna, Cecilia, Emmeri, Conrad, Mossimo, Cyril and Camilla; and his pet Felix.
