He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vezina and Yvonne Vezina; and his siblings, Lucie Lavoie, Claude Vezina and Helene Vezina.

He is survived by: his spouse Ghislaine; his children, Mario Vezina (Dawn, Sylvie Vezina), John Vezina (Denise, Marc Vezina) and Johanne Luce (Tom); his grandchildren, Kristie (Steve), Courtney (Nelson), Brittney, Michelle (James), Steven, Jodi (Darryl), Nicole (Dan), Andrew, Shelley (John) and Melody; his great grandchildren, Owen, Gracie and Lilah; and his siblings, Lilliane Bachand, Ronald Vezina, Jeannine Deguire, Rose Vezina and Bibiane Vezina (Jacque). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by Herve's family.
