He is survived by: his wife Darcie McCallum; his children, Tom (Kim), Brian (Julie), Derek (Erin) and Tracie (Chris); his grandchildren, Jessica, Hannah, Phoebe, Sam, Chloe, Nichola, Jayden, April and Ellie; his great grandchildren, Ryder, Camryn, Jackson and Colton; and his siblings, Michael "Mickey", Peter and Ann.

Donations in memory of Tom to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
