She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ray Pelton, Russell Pelton, Robert Pelton and Lenny Pelton. She is survived by: her spouse Chester Alva Spinney; her child Betty Marie (Case); her grandchildren, Tammy (Dave), Adam (Shannon), Jeffrey and Wyatt; her great grandchildren, Devyn, Logan, Haley, Lilly and Kelsey (Chris); and her husband Dave.

In Phyllis's memory donations to the Ontario SPCA would be appreciated.
