He is survived by: his wife Mary Moffatt; his children, Linda Stapleton (David) and Brian (Carol Moffatt); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Stapleton, Joanna (Stapleton) and David Elasmar; his children, Sara Moffatt, Jennifer (Moffatt), Ted Lawes, Matthew, Michelle Moffatt, Dr. Robin Whittey and Carljohan Wesstrom; his great grandchildren, Leo, Keith, Johnston Jr., Evan Moffatt and Elias John Elasmar; his sisters, Joan Regan and Margaret Smith; and his sister-in-law Irene Phillips.

A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Christ Church (254 Sunset Blvd, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A3R1).
