She was predeceased by: her parents, Susana Neira and Abraham Neira; her husband Alberto Moreno; her sons, Javier Moreno (Pauline) and Mauricio Moreno (Kerri); and her grandchildren, Marissa, Emily, Kylie and Devin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margarita Neira, Abraham Neira (Sonia) and Marta Neira.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (4115 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1E2S2). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Thomas More Parish (2234 Ellesmere Rd, Scarborough, ON M1G3M9).
In lieue of flowers, donations in honor of Elsa can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada in support of Dementia research.
