He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Christopher (Bianca); his grandsons, Colton and Emmett; his siblings-in-law, Debbie (Tom), Beverly (Ron) and John (Cathy); and his nieces and nephews, Shawna (Derek), Payton, Matthew (Pam), Holly, Hanna, Afton [Abrianna], Katie, Kristie (Anthony), Hudson, Sawyer, Parker and Michael.
