He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Thomson and John Thomson; and his stepson Keith. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Lorraine; his son-in-law Damion Douglass; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jack (Devlyn), Abby, Drake, Madison and Mya; his great grandchild Maverick; and his siblings, Ian, Lynn (Willie) and Joyce (John).
