He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Blake; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret, Kevin and Sterling; and his children, Patrick Blake Jr. (Joanne), Kimberly Bennett (Dave), Deborah Barr (Doug), Dan Nixon (Linda), Charmaine Mitchell and Paul Nixon. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
