It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen Lukawiecki (Stoney Creek, Ontario), who passed away on December 31, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Teresa Van Deelen, Christine Lewitski (Borys) and Sandee Bergin (Patrick); her grandchildren, Leesa (Jorge), Lindsey, Cassandra (David), Matthew and Kayla (Kevin); her great grandchild Rigby; and her siblings, Ann, Boyso and Sandra. She was also cherished by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Crohn's and Colitis Canada would be appreciated.
