She was predeceased by: her son Robert Nickel (Kathy); and her brother Karl (Valerie). She is survived by: her children, Doris (Anthony Dyach) and Andrew Nickel (Angie); her grandchildren, Christa (Matt), Jacqui, John, Joshua and Anitra; and her sister Inge (George). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
