She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Maguire; her siblings, Maureen Jennings (Lawrence), Robert Obermeyer (Moyra) and Elaine Moore; and her parents, William Obermeyer and Kathleen Obermeyer of Hamilton.

She is survived by: her son Daniel Maguire; her granddaughters, Felicia Maguire and Ashley Maguire; and her brother-in-law Robert Moore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
