He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Millar and Marjorie Millar. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Millar; his mother-in-law Margaret (late Harold Thompson); his siblings, Marion (late Raymond Golden), Judy (Gerry), Andrew (Bonnie) and Jeffery (Sophie); and his siblings-in-law, Jim (Karen), Sarah (Scott) and Michael.

A celebration of life will be held once COVID restrictions have been lifted.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gideons At Keith's request cremation has taken place.
